​ABBA Booking Policies

Please be advised that your contact to inquire about accommodation at ABBA Guesthouse or to request a quotation does not automatically constitute a booking with this establishment.  Only a confirmation with required relevant details will be deemed a reservation.​

 

Deposit Policy: Making a deposit of up to 50% is not a prerequisite, but will secure your booking with us. Contact us for the best arrangement.

Cancellation Policy: If you made a booking with us and need to cancel it, we request that you contact us immediately. Your neglect to do so, might amount to you being charged for lost revenue.

 

A booking that needs to be changed depends on the availability of rooms at the time.

 

Check-in policy: Between 14:00 and 17:00 on the day of arrival.​

If you plan to arrive after 17:00 you need to advise us accordingly, failing which you may forfeit your room.

Check-out policy:

Check-out time is 10:00 in the morning of departure date

Checking out after 10:00 implies that you want to extend your stay for which you will pay another night. 

A booking that needs to be changed or extended depends on the availability of rooms at the time.

Please communicate with the receptionist or booking office in this regard.
